my room with antique furniture, a lovely view, as example was well-equipped, had good night's sleep.
Nothing, all excellent!

very civilized and quietly elegant atmosphere with great rooms and wonderful restaurant in the basement. Owners are wonderful. hope they don't add the pool they are thinking about--just quiet grounds out back with view. Unmolested breakfast on the terrace, Kira, the dog wandering about. Go here if you're not a golfer.

My family and I recently had a fantastic stay at Villa Il Fedino. We stayed for six nights and used it as a base for exploring the surrounding areas of Tuscany. The owners, Alessandra and Amadeo, were incredibly welcoming and helpful, providing us with great advice about the local area. The location was convenient, with delicious local restaurants within walking distance. The breakfast had breathtaking views and the rooms, although slightly small, were comfortable and clean. We especially loved the charming antique furniture in the rooms and the peaceful garden area with its view of the Tuscan countryside. it felt like a home away from home and we can't wait to return.
100% Recommend this hotel.

The village is small and clean / The suites of the Villa are really big and romantic. The restaurant in the Villa is really recomendable.
We booked a room for two and got the "Terrace", which is appropriate for two children. The Villa-management should better declare the room size in advance.

Great place for a 1-night stay. Nice to have a terrace. The host was friendly and met us when we arrived. The property was located in a nice area. Being close to lots of restaurants was perfect for us, especially the Il Gatto Re that was just a 5-minute walk away.
